Hop Little Bunnies

Author: Martha Mumford & illustrated by Laura Hughes

My baby brother was lucky enough to receive a copy of this board book from the Easter Bunny last weekend. With colourful pastel illustrations and lots of Spring animals, it makes a lovely Easter gift that will last a lot longer than chocolate!

The book is fun to read out loud to babies and toddlers as it is based on the a nursery rhyme called ‘Sleeping Bunnies’, and children and adults will both really enjoy the lovely illustrations. Thr book is also interactive book as each page has flaps to lift so you can discover the hidden pictures underneath.

As you read or sing your way through the book, you will meet all the sleepy animals )rabbits, chicks, lambs & kittens) and wake them up! My toddler brother enjoys finding the animals, counting them, joining in with the song, and making animal noises!

It is made of thick board pages and strong flaps so it won’t easily be damaged by little people.

Baby Mouse score: 5/5 and lots of hops!
